Description
The room isDas Zimmer ist nicht möbliert (also ohne die Möbel auf den Fotos). Allerdings könnten wir eine Tisch, Matratze, Kleiderstange und Aufbewahrungsschrank bereitstellen. Das Zimmer ist separat von der Wohnung und gibt so etwas mehr Privatsphäre. Das Zimmer ist hell und ca. 13 m^2 gross. Die Mietkosten sind inclusive Nebenkosten, da unsere Miete erhöht wurde, aber wir noch nicht alles berechnet haben, ist dies ein grosszügiger geschätzter Wert (alte Miete 612).
The room comes unfurnished (without the furniture on the photos). However we could provide a desk, mattress, clothes rail and a storage cabinet. The room is separate from the flat, which provides a bit more privacy. The room is about 13 m^2. The rent includes running cost. Our rent was recently increased, however we did not do all the calculations yet. However 640 is a conservative estimate the old rent was 612.
We are looking for
We are looking for a temporary housemate between start of March (few days earlier might be possible) till end of August. It’s a large room in an older but charming house between Kreis 6/11, close to good bus/tram connections (Brunnenhof) and also close to Käferberg. You’d be sharing with 3 people.
We are
We are between 23 and 30 years old, speak German, English and Spanish and when around always up for a bit of a chat. We have a shared kitchen in the flat, the living room we share with our downstairs friends, also a flatshare with open and nice people. We also have a large shared garden for BBQ, growing stuff etc. and a lot of storage space in the cellar and attic for bikes etc.
Sublet will be unfurnished (but we can provide some furniture (see room description) for about 640 a month including the bills and depending if and how regularly you'd use the living room then also some contribution to that.
