The room isI’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment located in Kreis 12, Zurich. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of an old building on a quiet street surrounded by schools. It’s a shared flat for two people, with a shared bathroom and kitchen but no living room.

The room itself is large, about 20 square meters, filled with natural light thanks to two big windows and it also has direct access to a private balcony. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from tram stops 7 and 9, and close to supermarkets (Lidl and Coop). There are two shared washing machines and drying cellars in the building. Bike storage is present.

The lease is temporary until March 2026 (with the possibility of an extension),and please note that there is no Wi-Fi currently installed in the apartment.

We are looking for

Since this is a JUWO apartment, you’ll need to meet their requirements to apply: you must be a student under 28 years old with an income of less than 30,000 CHF per year.

Looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, easy to get along with and you should be willing to do your part in keeping the apartment clean
