We are looking for
We are looking for a clean and tidy housemate to join our friendly flat-share in a central location. We prefer students or young working professionals.
The house is just a 15-min walk to campus (Zentrum). Includes a shared bathroom (for 4) and a well-equipped kitchen. We also have a TV, couch, and a dining table.
Important Details:
- The security deposit payable is 3 times the monthly rent (approx. 3000) , it is refunded when you move out.
- Furniture is available, unless you prefer to bring/build your own.
