Description
The room is//ca. 11 m2 and part of a 4 person flatshare. The room is located on the second floor. Since it has two roof windows plus one big window looking out the side of the building, it is very bright. There is the option of taking over the furniture (bed incl. mattress, big wardrobe, sideboard for storage, floor lamp, bedside table, nightlamp, mirror, maybe also the lounge chair plus the pouffe). Price for the furniture is to be discussed - please write in your message if you are interested. //
Our 5,5 room maisonette with two floors consists of four bright bedrooms, a living room including a couch and a nice fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious balcony, a basement and an attic to store away things you don't need on a daily basis. The rent (656 CHF) includes utilities and wifi as well as common house items that we share (trash bags, washing powder, toilet paper etc.). There is a deposit of ca. 1.620 CHF (equals three times the basic rent without utilities).
We are looking for
A friendly and open-minded, english-speaking flatmate who enjoys a chat from time to time. Ideally, you are 24-35 years old, are finishing your studies or starting to work. Our values: respect and mindfulness, a common cleanliness and a general openness towards getting to know us. We are used to receive visits from friends and family from time to time but like to have a heads up if somebody is planning a visit. Please note that this is a non-smoker flat.

We are
Andreia (28) – has a Master in Agriculture and is currently working on her PhD. She has a multitude of interests like climbing and cooking and is always up for a spontaneous activity.
Chloé (26) – is also working on her PhD in aquatic research and is very sporty. She likes to go for a swim, a bike ride or a run in the evening but is also there if we sit down next to a fire for knitting and chatting about our days.
Alessia (26) – just moved in in december and is living temporarily at the flatshare until July while she's working on her Master's project in IT security at ETH. She is planning to explore Switzerland and likes to go out to have a good time.
Giulia (26) – is currently doing a law-internship and not living in the flatshare. She will move back in come July.
Franzi (29) – is moving out and is sad to leave behind those lively and absolutely fantastic people!
During the day we are all going about our days and are working, so we do appreciate a quieter environment. We are more than happy to meet in the evening and talk over a cup of tea or wine, though!
