The apartment is located in the heart of Zurich and features 3 large bedrooms, a freshly renovated kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The common areas are shared with a 31yo f and a 28yo m.

Despite the very central location (right next to many restaurants, bars, cinema, Migros+Coop+Denner 3 min away walking, etc.), the apartment is located on a very calm side street. It takes 3 minutes walking to Wiedikon train station and similar for multiple tram stops.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher and microwave included), and the washing machine is in the basement shared with the rest of the building (without schedule!). The room comes completely furnished and it's facing the southwest so there's a very pleasant light in the evening (there're blinds and curtains). Bed is 200x160 and quite comfortable.

The rent includes internet, water, electricity, heating and weekly cleaning of shared areas (so all is included in the rent listed below). Only tv/radio taxes are to be payed between us 3.
Rental rate varies based on length of stay:
• 6+ months (unlimited): 1350 CHF
• 5-6 months: 1450 CHF
• 3-4 months: 1550 CHF
• 1-2 months: 1650 CHF
