Description
The room isThe fully furnished, large, bright and quiet room is part of a modern apartment situated about 100 meters above Zurich (yes we have a view!) close to the mount Uetliberg, with its endless hiking trails. If you appreciate the outdoors, you can enjoy nature every day right at the doorsteps! In 10 minutes you reach the lake and the city center comfortably by public transportation.
The apartment is shared with one roommate in his mid 30s, who is usually abroad during weekends visiting his partner in Munich. Thus, you will oftentimes have the apartment for yourself. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony. Two bathrooms ensure enough privacy. A guest room and homeoffice is available with a fully equipped desk and a guest sofa for occasional visitors. The apartment is rented to one person only and occasional visitors such as partners who sleep over should be announced beforehand.
A parking space can be rented in the garage for 190 per month.
The cost of the cleaning lady who comes every two weeks are shared (approximately 90/month per person).

You will be living with my current roommate Ingmar, who is in his mid 30s and manages a clinic in Zurich. I live with Ingmar since 5 years and he is very tidy, respectful and sociable if he is around. Because he has a partner abroad, Ingmar is oftentimes away during the weekends or sometimes even for longer periods.
I am Michele, and I will be travelling for a while, which is why I rent out the apartment. I might come back to Switzerland in between the trips and might stay in the guest room in such cases, if at all.
