Description
The room is20 square meters big, has beautiful ceiling decoration and wooden floor and a lot of sun light. It's beautiful!
The furniture will not be the same as in the fotos, but standard WOKO furniture will be there.
There is no living room, but the kitchen is quite big and we usually socialize here (or on the big balcony of another room in the summer).
We are looking for
I am currently the house representative for WOKO, but I quit and a new one will start in December. However, I already found a new flat, therefore I'm searching for a 1 month subtenant from November 1st till December 1st. A student between 18 and 28 would be ideal.
Since I was asked a lot: Unfortunately, prolonging the contract will not be possible.
We are
All my flatmates are international students that are here until next summer. 2 of them are from England, 2 from Japan. All very friendly and enjoyable company.
