The room isROOM FOR RENT 1-30 November 2024!
Hello everyone, I am renting out my room for the month of November since I am moving out a month before the lease on the apartment ends. I'm therefore looking for someone willing to move in for a month without the possibility of extension. If you're looking for a temporary stay in Zürich or a short-term solution between moving into your next flat, then keep reading!

The apartment is large and comfortable: it has an open space living room/kitchen-dining area, a spacious balcony, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine within the flat. The n°2 tram stop (Freihofstrasse) is only a few minutes away, as is the Letzipark shopping center.

The room is furnished. I will leave my bed (140x200) as well as the clothes rack and a small bedside shelf. You will be sharing the apartment with a guy and a girl, both in their 20s and both from Germany.

Monthly rent: 1050 all costs included + 80 for the professional cleaning done once every 2 weeks.
