Looking for someone to take over the Intermezzo contract. You can register at this address. Female applicants only.
Address: Alte Landstrasse 63, 8702 Zollikon (20 minutes to main train station HB, 25-30 minutes to UZH/ETH main campus)
Lease Term: Starting from November 31st, until July 31, 2025. Rent is CHF 890/month, including utilities (water, electricity, heating). The possibility of renewing the Intermezzo contract will be notified later. I will be moving out on November 23rd, and early move-in is possible (exact timing can be discussed).
The apartment is shared by three people, with essential facilities such as a washing machine, oven, dishwasher, and heater. Shared spaces include 1 kitchen, 1 toilet, and 1 shower room.
The room comes with basic furniture: a large desk, computer chair, lamp, a simple wardrobe with hangers, and a bed (with mattress). You can move in with just your luggage.
Current roommates are all female UZH students.
