We are looking for

Hey everyone,

I’m Timo, 28M, looking for two new flatmates between 25 and 35 years old who are active and sociable. The rent is 900 CHF, though it might vary a bit. The apartment is for a brand new flatshare, so it’s not furnished yet. It would be great if you have some furniture to bring, or if you’re willing to buy some on Tutti or new. We’re planning to design the place in a modern style, combining an old building with smart home features. Ideally, it would be nice if you’re an Apple user.

The apartment has a garden and outdoor seating area, and we’ll be grilling often, so it would be best if you’re not vegetarian or vegan. We’re very social and plan to frequently invite friends over for cooking together or playing cards. We’ll also have a cleaning service that comes every two weeks. It’s important for us that we spend time together—whether cooking, having a drink, or playing a game—but of course, when you need some quiet time, you’ll have that as well.

The apartment is 4.5 rooms, with each of the two available rooms being around 10.5 sqm. It’s about 45 minutes from ETH and 20 minutes from Stadelhofen. There’s a grocery store 2 minutes away and the Forchbahn stop is 5 minutes away. Free parking is available nearby.

As for me, I’m Timo, a dual American-Swiss citizen. I study nursing at the HF level, currently in a gap phase but soon resuming studies. I coach under-14 floorball players just around the corner and have matches every three weeks on Saturdays. I’m often out and about in Zurich during the week and weekends. I’m a host for Zurich Together and I also host many EDM and techno parties in forest cabins. I produce lo-fi lounge music and occasionally play Xbox.
