Die Wohnung verfügt über total 4 Stockwerke und einem separaten Keller, und einem Gartensitzplatz, wobei das EG und das 1.OG zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Waschturm befindet sich im 1.OG in einem separaten Raum. Der Wohn-Koch- und Essbereich sind zusammen mit der Gästetoilette und der Garderobe im EG.
Ein Parkplatz kann separat dazugemietet werden.
Der Bahnhof Bonstetten kann zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreicht werden. Grosses Plus: Man hört den Bahnhof nicht! :)

The apartment has a total of 4 floors and a separate cellar, and a garden seating area, whereby the ground floor and the 1st floor are available for shared use. The washing tower is located on the 1st floor in a separate room. The living, cooking and dining areas are on the ground floor together with the guest toilet and checkroom.
A parking space can be rented separately.
Bonstetten train station can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Big plus: You can't hear the train station! :)
Migros and Coop within 10 minutes walking distance.

Eine freundliche, kommunikative Frau, die ein harmonisches Zuhause geniessen möchte. Das Alter spielt keine Rolle. Ob Du ebenfalls oft unterwegs bist oder nicht, sei ganz Dir überlassen :)
Wir wünschen uns eine pflichtbewusste Person, welche einen gewissen grad an Austausch ebenfalls schätzt und auch Mal für ein gemeinsames Abendessen zu haben ist.

3 Frauen: Vermieterin (Catherine (W,+55), im Sozialen Bereich tätig, spricht DEU, FRA, ENG, ITA), tanzt gerne und ist sehr kommunikativ + Mitbewohnerin (Mathilde (W, 18J), Musikstudentin, spricht FRA, ENG, lernt DEU), Vegetarierin, und ich (W, 30J), Innenarchitektin, welche die WG aufgrund einer neuen Arbeitsstelle verlässt.
Wir sind selten alle zeitgleich Zuhause, da Catherine ein Ferienhäuschen im Tessin besitzt und pflegt und Mathilde am Wochenende und an unterrichtsfreien Tagen ihre Eltern besucht. Unter der Woche, sofern es sich ergibt, essen wir zusammen, oder gehen am Wochenende mal Spazieren. Wir sind jedoch alle sehr selbstständig. 1 x Monat gibt es eine WG-Sitzung, bei welcher abwechslungsweise eine Person für alle kocht. Putzplan: alle 2 Wochen ein Wohnungsputz durch eine Person (= alle 6 Wochen)
Wir trennen unseren Abfall und legen Wert auf ein respektvolles miteinander.
Am besten lernst du die Personen jedoch persönlich kennen :)

We are rarely all at home at the same time, as Catherine owns and looks after a vacation cottage in Ticino and Mathilde visits her parents at the weekend and on days when she is not teaching. During the week, if we can, we eat together or go for a walk at the weekend. However, we are all very independent. Once a month there is a shared apartment meeting where one person takes it in turns to cook for everyone. Cleaning schedule: one person cleans the apartment every 2 weeks (= every 6 weeks)
We separate our waste and value respectful interaction.
