The room isThe room is approximately 8m² or larger, and it's connected to a spacious 20m² room, which isn't insulated but is also available for your use. It includes a bed, a bedside table, a clothes hanger, and a small drawer, with the option to add more furniture if needed. The apartment itself is fully furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen and a bathroom stocked with everything a student might need. Originally, we planned to install a jacuzzi in the room, but given how challenging it is to find accommodation in Zurich, renting it out seems like the smarter option. Also not a Zweck-WG.
We are looking for
We are looking for a flatmate for this room female or male doesn’t matter but no weird requests. The criterias are:
You must be a cool person and uncomplicated and are willing to party sometimes and also keeping a peaceful environment.
You must value cleanliness, and the flat is almost always really clean without a single drop of dust flying around (Sometimes maybe just a bit)
No weird requests such as “Can I turn the kitchen into a gaming room?”, the answer: “NO!!! TF?”
