Description
The room isThe apartment consists of 3 rooms for students, as well as a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is also a basement and a top floor section to store things within the house, as well as there’s a shared washing machine. The room being rented is fully furnished and also fully decorated; however, it is possible for me to take down the decoration for the duration of the rent if you so wish. The room is directly connected to our balcony and gets a lot of sunlight during the day.
We are looking for
For our shared apartment, we’re looking for somebody that will rent the room from the first of January 2025 (exact date negotiable, a later date is also possible) until the first of August 2025. Also negotiable (within a certain range) is the prize for the room. We are looking for somebody that likes to engage and converse with others, but also like to have their alone time. We're looking for a roommate aged 18-30 to ensure the best match for everyone (:.
We are

The coming semester, there will be Jessica in the apartment who’s studying economics and law, as well as another person that's not quite definitive yet. Jessica is a very heartfelt person that is easy to get along with. She speaks several languages, ranging from German, English and French to Spanish, so communication will not be a problem! We have a set organisation for the cleaning schedule in the apartment, however it is also very easy to address an occurring problem directly within the apartment community. We all get along great and regularly find ourselves talking late into the nights or going on trips together on the weekends, but we also all get our alone time.
