zu einem grossen Balkon. Da dieser teilweise gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird,
wäre es toll, wenn du dafür offen wärst.
Die Miete beträgt 700 pro Monat (inkl. NK, Strom)

The room is bright, approximately 20 sqm, furnished, has a built-in closet, and is the only access to a large balcony. Since the balcony is partially shared, it would be great if you’re open to that.
Rent: 700 CHF per month (including utilities and electricity).
