The room isabout 13 m2,spacious and very bright.
The room is unfurnished, but if you need something we may be able to arrange it.
The price is 675.- excl electricity that we pay once every three month.
There is also a big living room with a small balcony you can use whenever you like.
We share the laundry room with the other parties in the building.
We are looking for
A friendly person, aged between 18 and 27.
We are
a 3-wg, I am leaving my room so you'll be living with my two flatmates.
Max is 24 and Manu is 19, they both speak german, english and italian. They're friendly and uncomplicated.
Occasionally you will have the apartment to yourself cause they go back to Ticino.
Sometimes we share a coffee or a beer after work.
