Yes, the mails are sent. The mail servers are also monitored around the clock and if something is wrong, we and then the users on wgzimmer.ch are informed. However, this has not been the case recently.

Until now it was always the case that the complaining users mistyped their own e-mail address (e.g. @hotmail.com instead of @hotmail.it). Which is why of course nobody answered, in any case not the right person.
