The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a washing machine. The terrace has 35m2, with 4 large raised beds and a tree and all rent are included with all facilities no extra charges The apartment is very central 2 minutes to Langstrasse, shops 2 minutes and 10 minutes from the train station.
