The room isThe apartment has a pantry kitchen with stove (two hotplates), dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, vacuum cleaner and a comfortable box spring bed (140 x 200 cm), dressers, tables, chairs, TV and floor lamp.
All personal items have been cleared out and the apartment is therefore fully usable. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The well-kept attic apartment is on the 5th floor and offers pleasant living comfort.
