The flat has one living room, 2 rooms, balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with 2 sinks and bathtub and a big hallway. It's very sunny and the neighborhood is quiet.
Cellar and washing-machine are available in the basement (there's no plan, you wash when it's free)
The rent is 650.- chf / month, fees included - you will be registered at the Verwaltung
Non-smokers preferred and only single use
