The room isThe room is equipped with parquet floors. It is very bright and has direct sunlight from noon to evening.
The rooms and the whole apartment are equipped with electronic locks.
Internet connection 1Gbit - fiber optic
A cleaning company comes every 2 weeks and cleans the bathroom, kitchen and hallway.
Common laundry room in the basement.
Location
The apartment is located directly on the Hardbrücke Zürich and therefore has very good public transport connections (2 tram lines directly + 2 more a bit further, 3 bus lines, several train connections (Hardbrücke station).
There are three Coop, a Migros and a jumbo hardware store, as well as a doctor and a pharmacy, well and a lot more besides: D
