I am looking for international students between the age 18-28. And also professionals that are tidy, clean and will keep to the rules and regulations of the apartment.

I am a 40yrs old freelance business man and i travel alot. I don't stay in the apartment and will be shared for the maximum of 2 people. If you want to take the whole apartment outright, I have no problem with that as well.
The room is rather a studio
This room can only be let to students.
