Description
The room isThe room is about 15m ² and bright. The large window faces the east side (sun so morning to noon).
The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and has a fully equipped fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, etc.), washing machine, two complete bathrooms, laminate flooring, central heating and a self-built shared bar ;-)
Cable TV, telephone flat rate (landline) and a 100MBit Internet connection are available and included in the additional costs. In addition, the additional costs include a two-week cleaning of all common rooms (bathrooms, kitchen, hall).

Am looking for a young female or male,non smoker,do you want to eat together? Do you want to go it alone and watch something? That's great.

I try to be healthy and I usually eat healthy, but don't worry, I'm not a crazy healthy person.
I just like to eat fruits and vegetables and sometimes some meat.
I love vegetarian food most of all, but I don't eat cheese.
Beer / wine both are perfect, elsewhere the water is fine.
