Description
The room isI propose to renting a room available in my apartment to student or professional.
The room is 18m2 size and located on the second floor of the building.
In the apartment there are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, one of the bedrooms is occupied by me, whom you will share other other places in the apartment such as living room, kitchen and dining and balcony. You can off course use the washing machine and every other things in the apartment except my room :) and you have a private bedroom too,
My apartment is 2 minutes from public transport, gym, restaurant and stores so you can be sure to get all things easily.
We are looking for
A responsible person who is looking for live peacefully and not someone who turns the apartment into a party.
We are
I'm very responsible and respect other for whom they are. I am looking forward to not just a flatmate but someone whom we can have a chat in free times.
