Das Zimmer istWG room for an unlimited period. The room is available immediately OR starting from the first of March.

The room is rented furnished, as shown in the photos. The contract also includes a private living room and a cleaning service of the common areas once per week. Smoking is not permitted. The kitchen is fully equipped. The rent is 1420 CHF/month and includes all utilities.

The contract is with a very professional agency and includes weekly cleaning of the bathroom and common areas.

We prefer an open-minded and progressive person. Ideally, someone between 20 and 35 years old. The language spoken in the house is English.

I give priority to people that can move as soon as possible
