The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, situated in a residential area surrounded by nature.
The contract runs until the end of June, but there is the possibility to extend it for at least one more year.
In the picture, the furniture isn’t visible, but it is included — you can either rent or buy it. We’ll discuss the details during the viewing.
