I am Swiss and I am working in the Financial Services Industry in Zurich city. I am looking for a flatmate (student or young professional) to join me in my quiet, spacious apartment in Altstetten (Zurich), close to the Letzipark shopping center, starting from Januar 1st, 2025.

About the Room and Apartment:
- The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, PC monitors etc.
- You’ll be sharing the apartment with only one person.
- Wifi, cleaning lady and utilities are included in the price overall price.
- The apartment includes a furnished living room, kitchen, and bathroom, along with access to a shared garden and a free laundry room (with a dryer).
