We are looking for a sub-tenant to share this excellent 5.5 room apartment on Hardturmstrasse for 3 months (152 sqm).

The apartment is very nice. It has a big common living and dining area with high ceilings, well equipped kitchen, and a large terrace. It is located in a quiet apartment complex next to the Limmat river. It is a few minutes walk to the tram lines 8 and 17, with access to the main station in 15 minutes. Multiple supermarkets are also less than 5 minutes away (coop, migros, lidl, and spar).

You will have your own fully furnished bedroom (15.7 sqm), and private bathroom. The cost per month includes electricity, internet and a cleaning lady once per week.

You will share a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room where 8 people can comfortably sit, a large living room with a pool table, a TV area with different video games, and a terrasse with a BBQ to enjoy outside meal and sun. Semi-private washer/dryer is also available within the apartment building. As well as a cellar if you need storage, and bicycle racks.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is allowed in external space.

You will be sharing this flat with Andrew (35 M) and Karin (38 F). Andrew is a radiologist who loves wine, good food, exercise and video games. Karin is a scientist who loves dancing, traveling, and discovering/meeting new things and people. They both speak English and French (Karin also speaks German and Italian).
