Das Zimmer istPartially rented for the time I'm away. It is in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment where my two flatmates live with me. The apartment is fully equipped with a brand new kitchen. The room has a private balcony and there is also a balcony/garden shared with the other where you can barbecue during summer of just enjoy the sun when the weather is nice. A cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean the whole apartment. And everything is at walking distance from the flat from 2 to 7 minutes (migros, coop, aldi, denner, post, pharmacy, the lake, wollishofen train station, the tramway station).
