Das Zimmer istHello all, as my flatmate will be moving out soon, I am looking for a new person to share this lovely apartment with from January / February 2025. Please note that rent is 1900 CHF, but website wouldn't let me post that in the ad. Bit of details about the place:

- 122m2 indoor living space on top floor of the building (6th) with lift – floor to ceiling windows means it is super bright even in winter
- 2 bedrooms – the free bedroom quite big (3.5m by 4.5m), south facing and overlooking a quiet inner courtyard.
- 2 bathrooms – everyone has their own WC and shower! - Washer and dryer in the apartment
- Big open plan kitchen (with dishwasher), living and dining room area which is great for hosting friends
- 3 large terraces (approx.. 55m2 total size) – perfect for those summer BBQs
- Storage in the basement
- Sihlcity 3 minutes walk away
- Bahnhof Enge 10 minutes walk away, and Zurich Giesshubel (train to HB in 4 minutes) 2 minutes walk away

You would be sharing the place with me - British guy, 31 years old and currently working in insurance. Have been in Switzerland for 6 or so years now, pretty relaxed person, like to keep active as much as I can (current fixation is padel) and enjoy country music more than I should.
