We have 1 room available in our spacious apartment in Wallisellen, 8 minutes walk from the train station. The room is bright and already fully furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are rather old-fashioned, but in good condition. All additional costs such as the fastest Swisscom Internet are also included.

The address is Im Wiesengrund 9, 8304 Wallisellen.

You have ideal public transport connections and can get anywhere in no time, 11 minutes to Oerlikon / 17 minutes to Zurich HB / 20 minutes to the airport. There are shops and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, such as a large living room, separate dining room and large corner balcony.
Fully furnished! Comfortable bed, adjustable desk, new leather computer chair, new furniture, powerful vacuum cleaner, fully furnished kitchen with new pans and pots, glasses, plates, spoons, knives, and so on. Basically you don't need anything to buy.

The washing machine and drier are in the basement and it seems like nobody uses it except us, so it is mostly free - which is a big benefit!

The price is 1250 CHF with all bills and fast internet included, available from now.

Your future roommates are Francesco (26) and Maxime (23). They value a tidy apartment and respectful and uncomplicated interaction with one another. Everyone should be able to live as they are and as it suits them best, always with consideration for the other roommates. They both busy working in a bank and on weekend moving to their home, so the flat is mostly empty most of the time!
