The room is rented unfurnished. However, I’m open to selling all or part of the current furniture (Queen-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, small bookshelf, table, and office chair) for CHF 300.- (negotiable).

For our shared apartment, we’re looking for somebody that will rent the room from the first of January 2025 (exact date negotiable) for a minimum of 1 year. We are looking for someone who is accomodating, easygoing and tidy.
