Das Zimmer istThe room is about 12m², fully furnished with a bed, a large cupboard, kalax and a standing desk which is the highlight of the room. Additionally, my widescreen will likely stay on the desk, so if you need to work at a screen frequently, you are perfectly set up to do so.
The room has a view onto greenery and the three black towers in Altstetten. The room is really well lit and gets all the afternoon sun.
You will be living with two other people and share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony together. We value a clean space and hope you do so too.
The flat also includes a washing machine and dryer which is shared with the other tenants in the house.
Additionally, there is a room in the basement to store a bike.
Wir suchen
Someone who needs a room and does not want to organize anything regarding furniture. You literally only need to bring your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as all other parts of the flat.
We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would also expect that from you. But we also have a cat in the flat, so sometimes it is not just us dirtying it up. Also it would be best if you were not allergic to cats.
The last criteria would be that you are a non-smoker since we are a non-smoking WG.
I will be gone on January 22, and you could move in on this day at the earliest, but later would also be no problem. We can still discuss the end of the rent, but at most up to the first week of June.
