My room in a 6-person shared flat will be available from December, and I’m looking for a new tenant.

The room is about 15m², fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, closet, and a mini-fridge. The rent is 1050 CHF per month, all-inclusive, covering Serafe, electricity, high-speed WIFI, and a cleaning service.

You’ll be sharing the flat with 5 friendly and sociable roommates (2 Italians, 1 French, and 2 Polish; a mix of 2 males and 3 females).

The common areas are kept clean by a cleaning lady who comes 3-4 times a month, so it’s always tidy and well-maintained. In the basement, there’s a washing machine, a storage room, and space for Velos (bicycles). The kitchen is fully equipped and shared among everyone. The apartment has 3 bathrooms (2 with a shower/bathtub). It should be mentioned that there is no living room in the apartment.
