Das Zimmer istHi!

My room is becoming available for a temporary sub-let of 2 months.

It is available from November till around 3th of January.

The WG is in the very convenient location in the city centre - less than 5 min walk from the train station. It is located in an elegant house. You would be sharing flat with 3 other people around 25 years of age - studying/ young professionals (Two girls and one guy, Swiss).

There is a shared kitchen, and living room as well as bathroom with a bath.

The room is available for this time due to my travels. Overall, we are quite friendly flat, trying to spend some time together. All of us are keen travellers, which means that usually there is always someone missing on some adventure.

Advantages of the room:

1. Spacious with big bed and two windows

2. Aside from a shared fridge, the rooms comes with an additional fridge+freezer

3. Fully furnished, including a workstation with electrically adjustable desk and a screen.

4. Plenty of storage space available if needed.

5. There is a washing machine in the WG (rather than shared with others).

6. 4th floor with no lift available



If you need a temporary house that is fun, clean and conveniently located - contact us with a brief description of yourself. For us, it is important to have someone that can continue to keep the area clean and is interesting to hang out.
