Das Zimmer istThe room is spacious and luminous, perfect for anyone who enjoys natural light. While the living room and kitchen are shared spaces, the room comes with its own private bathroom for added convenience (see picture). The living room is a big open space, where we like to enjoy cosy evenings and nice boardgaming sessions! The room is normally not furnished, but if you really like/need one of the furniture, we can negociate it :) Pets are allowed in the flat, but my cat is leaving with me unfortunately...
Wir suchen
We’re looking for a tenant with a stable salary to satisfy the rental agency's requirements (the depot is quite high for a shared flat). Ideally, we want someone who is social and likes a cosy/community vibe. If you like hiking, playing music or boardgames, you will love it here! The move-in date is flexible between November 1st and December 1st.
Wir sind
We are a group of international flatmates, Stan and Kim are two PhD students from the Netherlands and Stephanie is an engineer from Barcelona. We are between 26-27 years old. We all have a wide range of activities keeping us busy during the week, but we still find time to have dinner together sometimes. In summer, we organise some barbecues on our nice balcony, getting ice cream and hikes. I’m eager to find someone who will keep the positive dynamic we have. If you’re interested, please reach out!
