The room can be rented indefinitely or, if necessary, temporarily.

The rent of 690 CHF / month includes all additional costs such as water, electricity, internet, etc.

The apartment has a total of 130 m² and is located in a renovated old building with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. There is also a cozy living room and a separate dining room. The washing machine and dryer are in the apartment (not in the laundry room!).
