Das Zimmer istWe are seeking a new housemate for one of our rooms in centrum starting in July or earlier if preferred. The size of the room is 20 m2 and is fully furnished. The room has hardwood floors and two floor-length windows that open onto a private stretch of balcony.

The monthly rent is 640 CHF, which includes all utilities and services (billag, internet, Züri-bags, etc). The apartment itself is of newish construction, with thick concrete walls, heated floors, and modern appliances. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a giant living room offers more space than we can use. A second balcony is also perfect for the occasional evening grill. In the basement, we have a private laundry room and a large storage room.
