Das Zimmer istThe apartment is very large and the living room is very enjoyable. There are 2 bathrooms and a simple kitchen. The room comes already furnished (bed, wardrobe, chair, desk, bed table, bookshelf: price to be dealt). In the cellar there is space for bikes and there is a washing room. Perfect for a grad student or a young professional who wants to share a bit of home life.
The rent can start from August or September. The furniture is owned by the flatmates and I would like to sell my part, price to be dealt.
