Description
The room isI'm sent on short notice on a business trip, so I'm subletting my room from 07 May to 18 July. The furnished room is in a 2-person flatshare that you'll be sharing with Amelie. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need.
The apartment is in a calm neighbourhood and still super central. It's a very nice and well maintained old flat with parquet flooring. Bathroom and kitchen (with dishwasher) are modern. Washing machine and tumbler are also available in the apartment. Note that smoking and pets are not allowed by the landlord.
The rent is 1650CHF per month (1500 is just the maximum you can enter on this page) and includes internet, water and electricity. And it's of course proportionally adjusted for May and July according to the number of days you rent the room. You can also borrow my bike for free if you like. The deposit is a one-month's rent.

We're looking for a person in the age of 25 to 35 who is considerate and kind, working, speaking English or German, and values a good level of cleanliness as we do :)
We are
You will be sharing the apartment with Amelie (30). She is working as a consultant, enjoys running (ultra) marathons, reading books, painting and baking (fantastic brownies!).
