A room has become available in a shared apartment for two people. It has a shared bathroom and kitchen as well as a big shared room for eating and other activities, and also a big balcony.

The room is around 40m2 and is located near the Langmauerstrasse tram stop, 10 minutes by tram to main campus, 5 minutes walk to Irchel campus.

The earliest move in date April 16. Rent is 632 CHF per month. The rental contract is unlimited.

Important:
You are cleanly, and willing to take turns to clean the apartment on a weekly basis, love art, music, good food and plants.
Furniture to take over.
