Ich vermiete mein Zimmer/Apartment ab sofort für bis zu 1 Jahr je nach Bedarf.. Das ganze Apartment (Neubau) ist 127qm gross, hat zwei Balkone und ist modern ausgestattet und möbliert. In einem Seperaten Flügel der Wohnung sind weitere Zimmer/Bad, das von einer Mitbewohnerin (Architektin) bewohnt wird. Küche und Wohnzimmer werden quasi geteilt.

Die Wohnung ist modern und mit vielen Designermöbel ausgestattet und hat alles zum direkt einziehen. Tram Station und Supermarkt sind direkt vor dem Haus. Miete ist 1500 plus 200 Zuschlag für sonstige Nebenkosten, Internet und Möblierung, also 170 CHF insgsamt. Kaution ist 2500.-

ENG: I am renting out my furnished room for an interim period, as of now, for up to 1 year, depending on your demand. The full aparment is 127 sqm big with two balconies. In the other wing of the apartment, there is an additional bedroom and bathroom, which is rented to an architekt (female), so the living room and kitchen will be shared.The apartment and living room has a high living standard with modern and clean interior. Tram station and supermarket are directly in front of the building.Rent is 1500 plus 200 for internet and other utilities, so 1700 CHF in total and the security deposit will be 2500.-
