De kamer isLooking for a room?
We have a spacious and quiet room available for rent, ideal for a student (it's a WOKO room so make sure to check the requirements for renting). The rent is affordable, but to make the room complete, we require the new tenant to buy the furniture (which includes a comfortable 1.5-size bed, large wardrobe, bookshelf, and desk) for 550 CHF (priority will be given to those who take the furniture).
The room is bright with a large window, providing natural light for studying – no dark, bunker-like rooms here! The apartment is spacious, well-organized, with a large kitchen and a cozy living room with two sofas and a nice table.
There are two bathrooms: one complete with a shower and the other one with just a WC.
IMPORTANT !!
Initially you'll be subletting the room from the previous tenant and then the contract will become permanent. But don't worry this does not change anything for you it's just a paperwork thing. Ideally we're looking for somebody that would rent the room starting from the 10-15th of April and share the rent with the previous tenant (Anybody that is willing to do that will be given priority). Given this is a very quick offer anybody who will answer very quickly might be invited for a brief casting and get the room so don't hesitate !

We’re looking for a tidy and friendly person who is excited to share a peaceful apartment with other students. The candidate must meet the WOKO requirements. IMPORTANT !!

You'll be sharing the apartment with three other ETH students:
Mira: Studying Electrical Engineering, Mira loves unwinding with a good book and a cup of tea in the free time. Be prepared to find their beautiful plants in the living room!
Daniel: A Physics student with a variety of interests. He's also passionate about politics and is an excellent rower. You can often find him in the living room for a chat whenever you like!
Antònio: The newest addition to the apartment, joining soon. He’s in Zürich for his master's thesis and, when not studying, he's a jazz music enthusiast. You’ll often find him with his guitar.
