Ein grosses, helles Zimmer in sympathischer 4er WG

Hallo zusammen, in unserer tollen WG wird ab sofort ein gemuetliches Zimmer frei
Das Zimmer wird per Februar frei. Es ist 24m2 gross und wird unmoebliert vermietet. Die monatliche Miete liegt bei 675 CHF inkl. NK, ohne IWB-Rechnung und WLAN.
Die Maisonette-Wohnung im 3. und 4. Stock hat eine Kueche mit Geschirrspuelmaschine, ein Badezimmer und eine zusaetzliche Toilette. In der oberen Etage gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sofas und einem Fernseher, das zu gemeinsamen Abenden einlaedt. Einen trockenen Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es auch, sowie ein Kellerabteil. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann.
Der Rhein sowie Bars und Cafes sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und man ist auch sehr schnell mal über der Grenze in Deutschland oder Frankreich. Du findest auch einen Migros gleich um die Ecke.

Hello everyone, a cozy room will be available in our great shared flat
The room will be available in February. It is 24m2 in size and will be rented without furniture. The monthly rent is CHF 675 incl. utilities, excluding IWB bill and WLAN.
The maisonette apartment in the 3rd and 4th floor has a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and an additional toilet. On the upper floor there is a living room with comfortable sofas and a TV, which invites you to spend evenings together. There is also a dry cellar with washing machine and dryer, as well as a cellar compartment. There is also a small garden that can be shared.
The Rhine, bars and cafés are just a few minutes' walk away and you can quickly cross the border into Germany or France. There is also a Migros supermarket just around the corner.
