De kamer isWe are looking for a flatmate (1. February 2025) in our beautiful 4.5-room flat with 110 m².
The flat is good situated for EPFL. We are two students (female and male) aged 20 and 22.

This beautiful furnished flat on garden level has three bedrooms, a kitchen open to the living room and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, both with a toilet). The flat and the room to rent are fully furnished. A cellar and a 250 m² very nice garden belong to the property, as well as a sauna (which can be used by all tenants of the house). The area is very well connected to public transportation. The main railway station in Lausanne can be reached in 15 minutes by public transportation. Nearest bus station: Motte (Bus 3, 8, 18)

Price for the furnished room per month in the shared furnished flat is CHF 1280.00 inclusive all costs: WLAN, TV, electricity, water, heating costs, fully furnished apartment with washing machine and dryer in the apartment and a sauna in the house.

Rent start: 1. February 2025 and minimum rental period until the end of July 2025.
