De kamer isThe room is around 16m2 and furnished. The room ist part of a flatshare of 4, with a big living room including a sunny balcony, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The flatshare is close to Toblerplatz, walking distance to HB.
The rent is 950.-/month and includes all bills. The deposit will be another 1000.- plus a small fee for the furniture of the room (300.-, see photos).
The moving in date is flexible and can be at any point in January.

We're looking for a 4th flatmate for our lovely WG at Zürichberg, as Andrea will be moving out. We're looking for an independant person, that is considerate, clean and preferably not a student anymore.
Ideally you should be around 25-33 years old and look for a permanent new place to stay.

Verena (31, phd in seismology), Michele (27, software engineer) and Davide (25, working on his master thesis in engineering). We're all rather busy during the days and also spend some time in our home countries here and there (Germany and Italy).
