The apartment comes with bike storage, shared washing facilities, and its own garden with seating and lighting. The bedroom itself is cozy with a view to the garden, and can come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and shelving for a small cost.

The earliest moving date is 01.12.2024, and can be both short term and long term applicants. The duration is until 30 June 2025, with possibility to extend afterwards. The apartment costs 970 CHF a month and this includes bills (nebenkosten).
