La stanza èEin 12m2 Zimmer mit Fenster in Richtung Osten in einer 4.5 Zi Wohnung. Das Haus ist von 1978, aber die Wohnung wurde in Sommer 2024 saniert und renoviert: neue Küche, neues Parkett in den Zimmern. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und gemeinsam teilen wir uns Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Balkon Richtung Westen.
Die Lage ist ruhig. Wir sind nur 10 min Fussweg von Baar Bhf entfernt.
In deinem Zimmer hat die letzten 9 Monate Andres gewohnt, der jetzt mit seiner Frau zusammenzieht.
Das Zimmer wird prinzipiell leer vermietet. Der Vormieter Andres möchte die Möbel im Ziimmer verkaufen, für 50% des Neupreises, also ca. 350 CHF. Andres zieht schon im April aus: das Zimmer kann dann wenn gewünscht früher als 1. Mai belegt werden.
Anmeldung in der Gemeinde möglich.
The room is 12 sqm with a window to the east in a 4.5 rooms apartment. The building is from 1978, but the flat was fully renovated in summer 2024: new kitchen, new floor in all private rooms.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, and we share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and enjoy the balcony to the west.
We are in a quiet area, and only 10 min away from the Baar train station.
For the last 9 months, Andres was in your room. He is now moving to its own apartment with his wife. He would like to sell the furniture for half the price he bought it, so around 350 CHF. He is already moving out during April so the room can be available sooner than 1st of Mai on request.
Registration in Baar possible.

We have a dedicated room for bicycles in the basement (I have 5 there!).
Moreover, you may have a dedicated parking slot (outside) for 50 CHF a month.
