Descrizione
La stanza èThe flat is spacious, with a large living room, a cozy fireplace, and a winter garden. One of the highlights is the rooftop terrace, which is quiet and shielded from views - perfect for relaxing or hosting friends for a BBQ when the weather is good. The apartment has elevator access and comes with all the essentials: Dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler, oven, air fryer, water boiler, fridge, and bathtub. The only downside is that there is no cellar, so storage space is a bit limited.
Your room is approximately 13 m^2 and will be furnished with a bed, big wardrobe, drawer and television. The rent is 1700 CHF warm, with the only cost not included being WiFi.

Ideally, you’re somewhere between 20 and 40 years old (at least in spirit) and have a relaxed approach to life. If you're sociable, even better! That said, the most important thing to me is that you help keep the flat clean and organized.
If you're interested in living here, I'd love to get to know you! Feel free to tell me a bit about yourself, and if you're comfortable, you can also send me your Instagram handle or some photos.
More details about move-in dates will be discussed in person. I’m of course available to answer any further questions that you might have.
Looking forward to hearing from you! 😊
Chi siamo
My name is Robert and I'm a 26-year-old engineer from Germany, but I've studied and been living in Zurich for almost five years now. In my free time, you'll usually find me doing sports (gym, bouldering, mountain biking, hiking/camping) or diving into other hobbies like DIY projects, DJing, and backpacking. I also appreciate anything artsy and love going to festivals in the summer. Music-wise, I mostly listen to electronic genres but generally enjoy almost anything.
Occasionally I have friends over for dinners or game nights - sometimes planned, sometimes a bit more spontaneous. So the flat can get a bit lively every now and then, although 99% of the time it is quiet. In fact, you might sometimes not even see me for a few days straight because I’m just bouncing between work and the gym.
