Ab Anfang Juli suche suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein schönes Zimmer in der Fonderie 14d! Es befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist ungefähr 11m² gross. Aus der Küche und aus dem Zimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf Fribourg. Monatlich kostet es 460 CHF. Zu Fuss ist die nächste Bushaltestelle in 1min zu erreichen, Pérolles innerhalb von 10min und die Miséricorde in 20min zu erreichen.

A partir de début juillet, je cherche un nouveau locataire pour ma belle chambre à la Fonderie 14d ! Elle se trouve au 4ème étage et fait environ 11m². De la cuisine et de la chambre, on a une belle vue sur Fribourg. Le loyer mensuel est de 460 CHF. L'arrêt de bus le plus proche est à 1 minute à pied, Pérolles est à 10 minutes et Miséricorde à 20 minutes.
