The room isA room for the shared flat in Clara will be free from the 1st of June. The flat has easy access to the tram/bus stops of Messeplatz within a few minutes. Coop is also a few minutes away.
I’m subletting a smaller room in the flat that you can see in the photo.
The room is facing south which brings a nice sunlight. Living room is facing a beautiful courtyard which is beautiful to chill out in the balcony.
The laundry/drying machine is equipped in the flat, so that you don’t have to worry about your time slot to go in the basement:)
The living room will be refurnished again as most of the furniture is owned by my current flat mate, however, you’ll be also welcome to join furnishing with me if you like;)
We are looking for
What I’m hoping for my new flat mate is to use the shared area clean and tidy.
I’m always up for them to invite friends for dinner or apero, and to join them:) So it would be nice that they are someone who respects each other’s boundaries and have a nice time together once in a while.

You’ll live with me, an architect and painter. I work for an architecture firm and I paint whenever I can have time. I like to cook and invite people for dinner, which is also something I’d like to enjoy with my new flat mate as well;)
